Landline not working.

Landline not working. Message on phone screen says Check Phone Line. No dialing tone. Landline is via the internet. Internet is working ok. Help page says no problems in my area!

Sorry to hear that your landline is not currently working for you and for any inconvenience this may be causing. I've had a look at our system from our side and cannot find any faults.  I am going to send you a private message to confirm some details. Further to my last post, @philip1976 I know you've already migrated your line and had it previously working.  But you may also look at the phone light on your hub, if you have issues in the future. You can see more about this, here.  It's in the part titled 'connecting the adaptor to your phone > can't make calls?'

Thank you. I will look out for the red ring flashing on the Hub 4 next time the phone line doesn't work.

Tuning in

I have no landline available and have tested the external line-in via the test socket and can still not make a call. The online service status tells me there are no known faults in my area but wonder if this forum can give any further assistance?
