Good afternoon,
When my elderly mother makes a phone call, the person on the other end, can't hear anything.
She can receive incoming calls fine. Landline is connected to the hub?
Any advice please?

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
Sorry to hear she is having this issue with her landline, can you confirm when she makes the outbound call, what numbers is she calling? Is this limited to mobiles or landlines?
Can you also confirm if you have tried an alternative handset in place of the current one, as well as rebooting the Hub and trying again?

Good Evening Joseph,
It's happening with outgoing landline and mobile calls. Incoming calls are fine.
Rebooted the hub but it's still the same?
We have tried a different handset also.

Are you able to try a hard reset on the Virgin Media hub?
Pop a pin in the reset pin hole for 40 seconds and let the hub reset.
Also the outgoing calls - is it one specific number affected or multiple numbers?
