I had an email 12 October 2023 saying my phone would switch to fibre network on 9th January 2024.
Fast forward to yesterday I noticed no dialtone. From either the old wall socket or the vm hub 5.
Doing 192.168 etc revealed Internet telephony disconnected message.
I rang VM to find out how long my phone service had been down for.
The information I was given is that the 9th January transfer did not happen. But it could happen if I gave my agreement yesterday. Which I did.
Anyway it's still not working. Telephony disabled message still displaying.
Looking at the other forum messages seems a bit of a botched rollout?
