Landline - cannot call a Talk Talk number

VM landline will not connect to specific talk talk landline number. This number is reachable by other phones so we know the number is correct.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline at the moment. Are you having issues calling any other Talk Talk numbers or numbers with other providers?

This is on behalf of my 93 year old father. He can call other numbers, mobiles and landlines, but cannot reach my sister on talk talk landline. Sister has had engineer out who said her line is ok.
