As of yesterday, During phone calls on landline, the person on other end doesn't hear anything that I say. I noticed that it also echoes on my end.
No issues in area according to website.
Phone is not on mute/secrecy
Have restarted hub several time, reconnected all wires, still the same issue.
Is this an issue with virgin or my own landline phone?

Make test calls to and from the landline to your mobile to confirm what is happening.

Test calls both to and from mobile had same result, no audio from land line, just an echo from myself through landline.
Have now changed cables and reset land line to default settings, still same issue.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
