Landline Issues Again
Hello,
Our home landline has stopped working again. Upon calling it, it says "invalid number" and looking at the handset it says "Line Cord Error".
I've checked the connection and everything to the wall just to double-check and found nothing wrong with it.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm very sorry to hear about the landline issues. Can you check the service status checker on our App https://virg.in/myvmapp or call the phone version on 0800 561 0061 to see if there is a known area fault? If nothing is listed, please let me know.
