LANDLINE STRAIGHT TO ANSWERPHONE?

LANDLINE is going straight to answerphone and I do not know how to access to change or remove this feature.

Weird thing is that I can still make outgoing phone calls with no problem.

Anyone with any ideas please?

I am so sorry that this has happened, can I check when you call are there any ringing tones at all or an engaged tone?

Many thanks for your reply, unfortunately there is no ringing or engaged tone. It just says the person is not around right now, so cannot take your call. I have lost my mobile phone and run my company from home, so really need this phone up and running asap. Many thanks.

Just to ask - is the answerphone going to your Virgin Media voicemail or your telephone handsets answerphone?

I just double checked, the phone answerphone is OFF.

So its the virgin line answerphone.
