My landline works but recently the answerphone is not cutting in
I am not getting any messages left on my landline as the answerphone no longer works after 6 rings as it has been. I have checked the handset and all is okay. Have Virgin Media changed a setting? I would welcome any suggestions as I need this sorted out as I help an elderly disabled neighbour.
