How to book a technician for phone switchover?

I wish to keep my landline phone where it is situated and will need a cable from the hub to the phone - how to I book a technician please?

You can book a technician by calling our customer service team on 0345 454 1111, or 150 from a Virgin Media landline or Virgin Mobile.

Alternatively, you can seek support via WhatsApp on +447305 327 112.
