How Do I Find Out If I Have Been Switched To CV21 ?

My landline has stopped working, have I been switched to CV21, if so how do I find out? I haven't received a letter or adaptor to my knowledge.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some problems with your Landline. As it stands, with immediate effect, there is a pause on all 21CV migrations until further notice across most Telecommunication Providers. This means that we will not be conducting any migration-related activities unless instructed otherwise.

Can you expand further on the issues you're facing? Do you hear a dial tone? Are calls intermittent, or not being received/made?

We'll do our best to help further in resolving this

No dial tone on landline, can't make or receive calls, intermittent problem initially now all the time.
