Area 20 yellow zone, still yet to be transferred over to VOIP. No service on analogue landline, regular/pulsing buzzing can be heard on line but no dial tone. I've not received anything regarding VOIP switchover or an adaptor - tried the usual things to check the line.

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the landline services.
Can you please confirm if the handset is connected to the master socket or is this connected to an extension socket?
If this is connected to the master socket, do you have any other handsets or equipment connected to the extension sockets that can be removed to see id a dial tone becomes present whilst remaining connected to the master socket?

Thanks. All is working again after just over 24 hours with no further intervention.
Will I be notified when the phone line is switching over to VOIP?

Thanks for the update and glad to hear this is now resolved alestescarrow, when the line is due to be changed to operate via your Hub we will write to you prior to make you aware of this.
