 Sorry to hear you're having an issue receiving calls to your landline.Are you on the old traditional landline or have you been upgraded to our fibre line through the hub? Id the latter, can you please unplug the phone and hub then power the hub back up and plug the back in. 
 I'd like to take a look into this if the above doesn't fix the fault.
 If you don't mind, i'll need to send you a private message to pass security.
 If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
