Hi folks,
Does anyone please have a link to the current valid home phone tariff guide please? I'm somewhat confused as to finding the correct one.
The most recent one I can find is 1st January 2023.
After giving notice to quit, the Virgin 'Discount' team called me on 02039804396, multiple times and I answered today and spoke to someone called 'Donna'. Three minutes into discussing what package I was after and hence the reason for leaving she was being pretty terse, talking over me as I was explaining my query context then just hung up on me!
For a loyal high-end customer who always pays on time, not to mention common customer courtesy, I'm appalled with her attitude.
Of course I cannot return the call.
Is there anyway I can make a specific complaint about her?
Any input from anyone or a CS rep would be appreciated.
NB: Just spoke to another guy who was the polar opposite, efficient amd polite who gave me an offer.
