Rude Engineer

Hi first time posting here so apologies if the wrong forum.

 

Is there anyway to get in touch with someone to lodge a complaint about a Virgin Engineers who was visiting a neighbouring property. To put it simply, the engineer was on my property repairing the neighbours cable when I went outside to let him know that I can't get access to my driveway to park my car and I was ask to move his van. The engineers response was basically downright rude talking  he got right to park like that. I trying explaining him he is wrong  and I ask him to read about "highway rules 243" so he again  getting rude an said it was car park on side my fences so he can't park there.  Unfortunately I had CCTV and I checked if it was any car there when he arrived and not , so I went out to inform him is rude and  He lied to  about it. so would like to let Virgin know of this issue, typically I can't find a contact number, the chat bots don't work unless you're phoning about their services. Not unsurprising but frustrating zero culture and professionalism from the engineering side. 

If Virgin Media wants I can share the entire CCTV footage

    If you want to make a formal complaint you'll have to explain it better than that. I couldn't understand what you are saying.

    Yes. Providing he's not parked on the pavement.

       Please see clearly that the curb is lowered

    Yes, the curb is lowered. Unfortunately, the driver was rude and claimed that he had the right to stand there because there was no vehicle on the driveway, so I informed him that he was wrong, Even highway rule 243 says that there is no right to park like that, but he didn't care about.  Honestly, even filing a complaint with Virgin Media won't change anything. Only publicizing such incidents may, over time, result in the person It will start using his brain

    Certainly in my Council area (London) it is not breaking the law to park across a dropped kerb. But you mustn't cause an obstruction. So if the resident needs to use the access then you must move.
