Charges for calling custmor services

We moved from Sky to Virgin in April this year. Since our move, we have faced several issues.

The thing that surprised me most was the charges for calling Virgin Media customer service for issues after the new installation. One call charge is £23. Our package is weekend.

Do you pay for calling the customer service?

It should be free from a VM line if calling 150.

Calling 150 from a VM landline should put you through to VM customer services and the call should be free.

Hi @CSBIYANI

If you dial 150 from your VM landline then the call is free.

If you dial any other number included in your plan then providing the call is less than 60 minutes in duration, and in your case made on a weekend then the call is free

If you are on 'Weekend Chatter' 01, 02, 03 numbers would be inclusive over the weekend. Outside of the weekend call charges apply.

There is also an inclusive call limit of 60 minutes using a VM landline. Hang up before 60 minutes and redial to avoid being charged
