Call out charge
I recently received the email about upgrading to the V360 which I did but my next bill is showing a £25 call out charge. I installed it myself so there was no engineer so I am wondering why I am being charged this.
Was it the upgrade for free email and you just got a remote in the post and received a software update to your V6 box.
You could try calling Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and asking , or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
