Same as previous users experience a while Back. Terrible new user experience !!
Took nearly 4 weeks to port LAN number from Sky to Virginmedia ! Joke. Complete screw-up and only partially complete. Virginmedia sent an engineer today 21st Aug. For the record joined Virginmedia 25th July and still not resolved. Can now make and receive calls. But can't receive sky mobile numbers?? Whats going on here ?? Beginning to regret moving to Virginmedia now....can anyone help ??
