Yesterday we received a rare incoming call... the landline rang but wouldn't let us answer it - the call went to answerphone (and they thankfully called our mobiles). We've investigated and...
- Incoming phone calls to the landline ring, but we cannot answer them, and they go to answerphone.
- If we try to make an outgoing call it says "line in use" and won't allow us to.
It's the same on all 3 wireless handsets. The phone base station is plugged into the hub. All three handsets have been checked and none are on calls in anyway.
Any ideas?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues with the line.
I've had a look at things from our side, and can see it's been quite some time since the hub was last rebooted, if you can please do that first of all, and let us know if there's any change.
