Caller Display stopped working

My problem is the Caller display is not working on my BT ADVANCED PHONE Z   it's been working for years but in the last few weeks it isn't working at all

Help please

Are you able to test with a different phone (borrowed from a friend, family member, neighbour etc.) and see if that has caller ID (to rule out a phone issue)?

The BT advanced phone Z has had past mentions on here with caller ID problems (often when the phone moves to a connection from the back of the VM hub).

In past topics, caller ID has also been reported to drop off the line when repair work has taken place on a conventional phone line.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you've had with your caller display. 

I have taken a look on our side and it looks as though you have been able to speak with the team regarding this.

Yes I'm still having problems the agent said it could be my landline phone which is the problem Since then I have tried another landline phone and still no number display
