Broken home phone line

Hello

I'm sending this for my brother, he has fallen at home and puled the telephone wires and box off the wall. I don't live near him and don't know the extent of the damage.  I want to know how to arrange an engineer to come and replace the box etc.

Just to confirm, is it the hub that was pulled out during the incident or the landline device itself? Can you let us know if the landline and the WiFi are completely down? Hello

I'm sorry this is very difficult to know, as I'm not there and getting the info from others, the land line device doesn't work or the TV.  

His carers have tried to put the wires back into ?, but can't, I assume the wires have lost the "plug" ?

His careline still works, don't know how it's all connected. But something must be connected if that works?
