Why oh why does Connect app fail

On our wavelength

Every few weeks this app fails to work.Unable to see my hub and connect to VM server .It has to be VM end because VM must see my hub to be able to tell me what to do to rectify the problem looking at other comments I am not the only one.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.

Sorry to hear about the connect app failing to work every few weeks.

Looking at what you have advised.

If the app is on your mobile device and you go out, then the connection to your homes WiFi will not be used, When you get back home it will then need to re connect. Sometimes it will need to be done manually as if you are setting up for the first time again.

Does anything untoward happen when you are connected?
