I only have this issue when playing Valorant and not in any other games, I have contacted support multiple times about my issue and they say it's an ISP related problem with their routing. I have a Virgin Hub 3.0 with a 500mbps speed package running ethernet on a gaming PC with its drivers fully up to date. I have tried switching DNS as well as running a VPN but i still get the same problem and after explaining that to riot they still say it's an ISP routing issue

What is the issue? Run a trace route to the Valorant server and post the results. Setup a BQM and post a link to the shared live graph www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

it's every 5 seconds or so my ping jumps to 100-400~ ping making me lag, I have 0% packet loss in game just large ping spikes
