Just got VM in our new house in South London area 21 2 xboxs in the house are not able to connect to the VM network via wifi or wired getting NAT/Teredo error message.
Called VM Tech and did pin hole factory reset 5 times, ethernet cable, 24 hr monitoring and 3rd party router still not fixed, VM tech support very unhelpful saying "no issue reported" however as links below show this is a wider localised issue with on area being exactly in the same location as me.
Please help get this sorted!

Internal LAN conflict to the WAN , internet/connecting service sees one IP for two machines.
Does the VM HUB have the option to assign static/fixed internal IPs, one for each XBOX?

I have taken a look and I can see there has been an area outage which finished earlier today you should start seeing a better performance now.
