Past 2 days, I've been getting very bad packet loss but only while playing Rainbow six siege every other game so far seems fine. I tested everything and done all the basic troubleshooting, the only semi fix I have managed is to use a VPN which lessens the packet loss otherwise it's unplayable. It seems I am also not the only one experiencing this with VM either as a few friends have the same problem.
Me and my friend are experiencing the same issues on R6, packet loss and jitter has plagued our gaming experience, brings a melancholic vibe to our house. Our aura is off, sadness has consumed us. Diamond is calling us, yet it is out of our grasp, Virgin, I beg of you, fix your **bleep**.
I've posted in another thread, noticeable packet loss on Xbox connection test and in game (PUBG PC).
From trace route, it seemed the game server was likely hosted in Azure. The connection seems to degrade between telw-ic-5-ae0-0.network.virginmedia.net (18.104.22.168) and virginmedia.ier03.lon32.ntwk.msn.net (22.214.171.124). Increase in packet loss it apparent past this point.
