Lags, drops since installation.

For over a year I had 3 visits, and multiple tickets.

The last visit of a technician resulted in replacing the router and it was fine until recently...

again..it's getting frustrating, as the lines were upgraded in our area other providers started to give us really good offers and I started to think about switching.

Here's log:

RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;

and it repeats now and then. Drops, lags and unusable for gaming.
