Install wall soket

I have a VM wall socket downstairs, but i want another one upstairs on my room for gameing and work, it is possible to install another one?

Yes, it's a standard £25 non fault call out fee.  Note however, you will have to move the Hub as well to upstairs, so will affect the cabling of any TV boxes if you have any.

If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss with you.

This is certainly something we can arrange for you. As mentioned by Adduxi, there would be a £25 call out charge for the work and we would not be able to provide you with another hub so you would need to move the hub upstairs. 

I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account so I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
