Completely unusable internet, 1GB package hub 5 brand new.

 broadband monitor above, completely unusable internet for the last month, constant ping issues and latency problems any help?

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub.

Run the FULL connection tests on this site  www.samknows.com/realspeed

Once done we can comment.

 had a technician put 3 brand new wires in, internal and external and still getting spikes
