Broadband quality monitor looks like a comb

Quality service again. Online gaming is pointless and hoping this is temporary as my connection has seemed fairly stable recently. Last time my graph was like this it tooks months to sort and not so much as a refund offered. Router test indicates no issues but no surprises there

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Apologies for any Broadband issues. We can't see that BQM from here, even when copying the link into a browser. When on the BQM website, post up the “link” to the “share live graph”. Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then, click generate. Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see. On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon) In the URL box paste the link you copied and then click OK

We have also done our checks and see no issues showing on all systems. Can you advise if it's just the gaming affected or Broadband in general?
