New customer order monitoring.

I ordered Broadband last week. I have an order number but no account number. The estimated  delivery date was last Friday.  No email with confirmation of delivery date.How can I check progress?

      Thanks for that. The online application had failed. I had to do it over the phone. Seems to be sorted now.

    Just be careful that when the contract comes through, it is for exactly what you wanted and at exactly what you expected to pay.
