I appear to be locked out of my nylworld email account
I got a prompt to switch the log in account details to a non-Virgin address.
Thought I had accomplished this, then a got the message that I had to verify the change from an email sent to the new address - it was then that I realised I had mistyped the new address!!!!😥 (my excuse is that I was doing this late at night...)
So I can't verify my address because I can't get the verify email.
All help greatly received
Who can I contact at VM to help me get out of this mess?
