i deleted my email address by mistake @virgin media.com. Can you help to fix this~?

If you just deleted that account from an email app or client (such as Microsoft Outlook for example) then you have not deleted the email account itself from the VM system. In that case you should be able to simply add it back to the app as a new account.

However, if you deleted the email account using the account delete option your My Virgin Media account then sadly I think that it may not be possible for Virgin Media to restore it. Time is of the essence so if you deleted it a few days ago then it has gone for good.

I will escalate this post to the VM  Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum) and they will contact you via this thread. You will need to pass security to confirm that you are the broadband account holder.

I hope they can do the necessary to get the account restored.

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the community forums, it's great to have you here. 

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue and thank you so much to coenoby for their help here so far. I can see that they have advised that if the email was just deleted from a client app it can just be re added. Are you able to confirm how the email was deleted, was this via a client email or was this on your My Virgin Media account? 

 

It was on the VM Account. I was trying to update the password and somehow pressed delete!

I am not able to add the email back myself but I can try raising a ticket with our second level technical teams to see if they are able to arrange this, though I cannot guarantee they will be able to. I will pop you a private message so we can discuss this further.
