Hello Community.
I have received two emails telling me my virgin.net account will be deleted soon as I "am no longer using VM" services - but I am an active VM Broadband account holder.
At first I thought these were spam or fishing e-mails, but it seems others have had them too.
I do not understand what is going on, am hoping that there is a resolution to the issue.
Please, is there anyone who can help?
Chris

If you have a VM broadband account, your options are summarised below
https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Concerned-Virgin-Net-eMail-Users/m-p/5575739#M279991
but you need to discuss the specific details with a VM forum person who can go through it with you for your individual circumstances. One should reply to your topic within a few days.

Thank you Beth.
Yes, I would very much like to keep my e-mail account.
Please can you message me about how I can link my e-mail account to my broadband subscription.

Hello Community, and following up on my previous post re virgin.net e-mail address to be deleted with not much notice.
To those facing similar issues (and having a VM account), know that there is a route to a solution. Through lots of help from the Forum Team, and also a long phone call to tech support, it looks like my issue is (hopefully) resolved. It took a few days to sort things, but I am told that my virgin.net e-mail address is now properly attributed to my VM broadband account. Time will tell if that has sorted the issue, but I am feeling a lot happier now (although I have made doubly sure that my e-mails are backed up on my computer ....)
