Whilst waiting for the forum team…
Judging from other posts it seems best to start a new thread if concerned at receiving “Action needed: We’re closing your email account” notifications.
AFAICS the main criteria for reprieve seems to be:
- you are currently a Virgin Media broadband customer
- the latter and virgin.net account are held under the same account holder name
- you are prepared to replace all your current email addresses with your virgin.net email addresses
FWIW even if reprieved do give consideration to migrating to another email service provider to benefit from:
- not restricting your choice of broadband supplier due to fear of losing email accounts
- better security
- spam handling
- ⋮
