Sick and tired of this. Out of the blue again I cannot access webmail blueyonder email. I get a forbidden message and Google Translate pops up trying to translate to Luxembourgish!
I can access emailvia Outlook but not webmail.
I have tried other browsers, same thing.
This just happened a couple of weeks ago and mysteriously fixed itself.
Please help!

What is the full error message you are getting when trying to access this via webmail please?

This is the error page that pops up
Yes tried on multiple devices.
Email still works if accessed via Outlook so this is a Virgin Media webmail issue.
It happened only a couple of weeks ago. VM are clearly messing about.

This usually shows when there has been an error with the authentication between your device, and our servers. Please try resetting your Email Password directly through your My Virgin Media, and then wait for 15 minutes before trying again.
You may need to clear your cache and cookies before attempting to sign back in after the 15 minutes.
