WEB based email on various devices not available

Yesterday morning around 8am I had full web access to my Virgin Email accounts via my laptop

When I checked around 9:30am I could not load up the web email page, I then checked on my phone and my email app could not get access. My phone app started to recieve emails about 10:30am

After logging into my VirginMedia admin account ( no issues at all ) then following the Virgin Email link I have been getting (  https://mail.virginmedia.com/    The connection has timed out )

The web issues are still here this morning, I have also tried and got the same message from our desktop computer.

My last test was to try web access via my phone using the Chrome app.

I turned the WIFI off  to use the O2 phone signal, this task had to be done in the one room that has a good phone signal.

I gained web browser access to email, with full web access to all my multiple email folders.

The phone WIFI was switched back on and web email stopped immediately.

I suspect that Virgin Media have disabled my access due to spam issues via Plusnet

Can some one give me the full process to enable web access

Roger

Hey Ceisra, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about this.

Could it be possible you are in a room with low / no signal?

If your phone fully updated and are with the O2 network like stated above?
