Hello
Can anyone help associate an old virgin.net email account with an existing VM phone/tv/broadband account which uses a different email address.
I have had the virgin.net account since Sep-2006 & been a VM phone/tv/broadband customer since Jan-2009.
I don't want to change the primary email address associated with the account.
As with all the other posts in the forum I've been notified the acct will be deleted in 15 days.
