VM / Blueyonder email account no longer accessible

On our wavelength

I've tried to access our VM / Blueyonder email account this morning, which worked fine a good week or so back; and now it seems to be dead in the water and I've followed the instructions re the resetting of the password; for it to simply take me round & round in circles to the same page; constantly (this is on both Chrome & Safari - normal web page and incognito webpage)

 

I need access to this as all our billing emails go to this and secondly we've some personal emails I need access to!

 

Has anyone had any similar issues?!

 

I'm tech savvy; but the instructions are not very good at all and the fact that it keeps spinning me back to the same page, constantly, in beyond annoying!
