I have tried & tried all day yesterday to get my emails, I can get onto the virgin media website without a problem but getting my emails it's completely different. I got a message telling me to put in a different email address which i did .I had a Gmail address (don't use it very much) but nothing came through from virgin. I also found 02/login it asked for my security question but it wouldn't let me put my year of birth in only this year . I only have a mobile phone, no tablet ,laptop or computer. Can someone please help

Just to confirm, are you unable to access your e-mails both via webmail and a "client" app (like Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail or Gmail)?
