Hello
all sent emails from my NTL email address and my partners NTL email have deleted themselves from the servers. Not in webmail or email apps (eg Outlook). Seems to have happened around 23/24 August based on un-deleted ones (i.e. there are sent emails still after that date)
This is not because we have deleted them to be clear!
anyone else have this issue? Or know how to contact the right people at VM?
