Sent emails deleted
This same issue has occurred on one of our Blueyonder email accounts ..Sent emails before 29/08/2024 have disappeared - NOT deleted or archived, using IMAP on iphone/and ipad. Sent emails deleted
Hello all sent emails from my NTL email address and my partners NTL email have deleted themselves from the servers. Not in webmail or email apps (eg Outlook). Seems to have happened around 23/24 August based on un-deleted ones (i.e. there are sent emails still after that date) This is not because we have deleted them to be clear! anyone else have this issue? Or know how to contact the right people at VM? Thanks.Virgin media.com email address not working
My son’s virgin media.com email account is no longer working. I can see all my other family email accounts on my overall account list, but it is as if his has just disappeared. My neighbour had something similar happen to him last year. Do virgin simply delete email accounts? He was awaiting teaching course details and results, so fairly important. Virgin have said they will look into it, but have said might be nothing they can do. Poor. All other email accounts are working, simply not his.
