Sent emails deleted

This same issue has occurred on one of our Blueyonder email accounts ..Sent emails before 29/08/2024 have disappeared - NOT deleted or archived, using IMAP on iphone/and ipad.
Inbox and Archive folders are intact.
Can you help out John_GS; if you can send me a PM please?

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

    On iPad/iPhone this can happen, mine only go back a few days in terms of sent folder.

    Can you check via Webmail and see if they are there?

      Thanks John, but no - same cutoff date in webmail Sent folder;  nothing prior to 29/08/24 (2:27am)  - was there any server maintenance done overnight that date? 🤔
