Repeatedly signed out of virgin email....why??

Viewing Virgin email in Firefox

Several times a day, I'm being repeatedly signed out, and required to enter credentials.

Also, being asked to confirm if the PC is registered.

Has continued for some time now (months?)

How can I sort this please???

In webmail check ⚙ > Security > Automatic sign out setting.

The PC registration issue is unlikely to be due to Virgin Media. To confirm that is the case consider positing a redacted screenshot of the message shown.
