Re: Short notice to terminate email accounts

Hi,

I'm in a similar position, having had a virgin.net email account for over 20 years and I am also a current Virgin Media customer. I recieved the notice of email termination, I contacted Virgin Media twice and was told it would be resolved, but today access to my Virgin.net emails has ceased, the Virgin media call centre don't give me much confidence that they can resolve so, so I would appreciate it if someone from the forum team would email me and I can give them all the details to enable Virgin to resolve this issue by resurrecting my virgin.net emails and associating with my current Virgin Media account.

Hi Strattp,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear your Virgin.net email has stopped working, these have been discontinued and notice was given over 30 days ago, if your still a Virgin Media customer and the account you have now and the one where the email was registered are in the same name we can try and see if we can get this back for you, if it has already been deleted we will not be able to undelete it.
