Hi graham, hope you can help,

Blueyonder accounts now void, when contacting virgin  they informed to use my Gmail account with a new password, however when I do this just my Gmail account is showing,  not my old Blueyonder accounts

@spence50 Blueyonder emails are not void.  I still have a number that are in regular use.  However, they do have to be attached to a current VM broadband account to ensure continuing access.

I suspect that you misunderstood the instruction to use a Gmail address.  VM now require the username for email accounts to be changed to a third party email address as a security improvement.

Once changed you use the third party email address to sign into your blueyonder email account.  The Gmail account remains independent from the blueyonder email address so you shouldn't expect to find your blueyonder emails in it.
