Hello - I'm struggling and without access to some work emails!
I have a MAIN email address (@ntlworld.com) and a second one (@virgin.net). I'm self employed and use them for different jobs. Virgin told me that they were closing the 2nd one (as for many other people). I've been with them for over 20 years so I wrote to ask if I could keep it. They agreed. They said they would transfer it to my main account.
The secondary email is now showing on my main My Virgin Media account as a secondary email address/second My Virgin Media account. But when I try to log into the second email using the My Virgin Media account that used to work for it (with a third party email address)....I can't get in.
Do I need to create a brand new My Virgin Media identity for that 2nd email address? Or, is there some other way to get into it?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @Suzy6, and a very warm welcome to you!
Sorry to hear of the difficulty experienced when trying to access your E-Mail account.
Just so I understand this correctly;
-You have an E-Mail address with the domain @virgin.net which was likely created prior to having your active subscription installed - as these were historically issued out for free to anyone willing to obtain.
-You have an E-Mail address with the domain @ntlworld.com that was set up under the active Virgin Media subscription.
-There has been an attempt to save the @virgin.net E-Mail address and to do this we've performed a move and transfer to your active Virgin Media subscription.
-You can still access the @virgin.net E-Mail account - safe in the knowledge that this has been protected, but can no longer access the @ntlworld.com account.
Is this correct?
Thanks,

Every email does now have to have its own MVM account.

Hello, I appreciate that each email has its own MVM account, but with my second email @virgin.net I can't get in with the MVM account I was previously using. Any ideas?

VM may have changed sometbing when they moved the account. Might be worth creating a new MVM account for it.

Hello, that's a helpful reply thanks. I needed fast access as quite a few of my work emails were stuck in the secondary account so I contacted the tech team. It took a couple of hours to get through but the team were helpful and that issue is now sorted. Again, many thanks.
