My ntlworld email address has suddenly stopped working. I follow the instructions to reset the password, then it states to go to manage account etc, but it just goes round in circles and won’t let me access my account. Please help. I have read this is a common problem recently.

Just to confirm, are you unable to access your e-mail address via webmail and a "client" app (like Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail or Gmail)?
