NTLWorld Email Stopped Working

Hello

I am desperate for some help as I am currently unable to access my NTL world email which I have had for years. I get a message stating there is no password for this account. We are a current Virgin Customer but the email is not linked to the My Virgin Media account. Please can someone help? I called Virgin yesterday and after an hour was no further forward. Any help would be amazing. Thanks

If the email is not linked to your account it may well be in the process of deletion. Hopefully a staff member will pick this up and offer to help. 

But in view of the general uncertainty of VM email service you should be thinking of moving your contacts to another email account.

Welcome to our community forum and thank you for your first posts. Sorry to hear you may be having issues accessing your email. As mentioned by @jpeg1 Typically when cable accounts are closed with us, we also close any associated email addresses within 90 days as seen here Sometimes the email address is closed by a manual sweep done later on. To best look into this, we have sent you a private message. Please keep an eye out for an envelope at the top right corner of your Forum page. Let me know if you have any issues locating this.
