They stopped suddenly, on my outlook and IPhone. And when I tried to get them on the VM webmail, it was impossible to log into MyVirginMedia - and then emails. I know the issue is from your end and I already spoke to 2 VM persons over the phone. I was given a ticket yesterday morning saying for a technician to call me and resolve this within 2 days. Looks like my emails have been blocked... I urgently need them back, as I use this email for my work. I have of course a VM broadband contract - under the name of my husband and I am a secondary email. His blueyonder emails are working fine. Please could you ensure someone calls me tomorrow morning Friday? it will be 5 days without emails... Many thx in advance!

Hi there @VARGA Thanks for reaching out to us and a warm welcome to the Virgin Media Community forums. 👋🏼
I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the email you are experiencing. 😞
Unfortunately we don't have access to get in touch with departments that offer the call backs as they are an offline team only.
With the IT ticket being raised and the call back scheduled for today - may I ask if the matter has been resolved or still on-going?
Let us know.
Kind regards,
Ilyas.

Hi Ilyas_Y - I was without email for 5 days, hence unable to work... no-one called me, but I called VM 3 times, and last Friday, I was passed over to 4 different people to finally get someone to fix the issue, and this took me 6 hours on the phone!!! This is unbelievable...
I was given a temporary password to open my VM account, which I was told I should change in 24 h. I did that, but then when I tried again to log in, VM asked me to provide an alternative email address. I've been sooo traumatised by the whole thing that I didnt dare to it, for fear of losing all my emails yet again, on my PC outlook and my iPhone! I dont understand what is going on with VM but the service is not good...
