Blueyonder email fault
Hi Is there a fault with blueyonder email? I'm getting this message: Login to server imap.virginmedia.com with username *******@blueyonder.co.uk failed. I type in my password, but it's not accepting it, and I know it's correct. I did a quick status check for area (BS16) and there are some issues with our telly broadband connections. They stopped suddenly, on my outlook and IPhone. And when I tried to get them on the VM webmail, it was impossible to log into MyVirginMedia - and then emails. I know the issue is from your end and I already spoke to 2 VM persons over the phone. I was given a ticket yesterday morning saying for a technician to call me and resolve this within 2 days. Looks like my emails have been blocked... I urgently need them back, as I use this email for my work. I have of course a VM broadband contract - under the name of my husband and I am a secondary email. His blueyonder emails are working fine.
