Sorry, but this is a complete joke now. For weeks the email service has gradually been getting worse and worse - emails not turning up, then a group of emails about 4 days old suddenly appear, some even weeks old! Now I can't even log into my email account via Thunderbird at all - it just hangs!.I've deleted the account, uninstalled Thunderbird, reinstalled Thunderbird and the account with correct server details etc,...but nothing. I've been with Virgin for years and have used Thunderbird for years. I have an ntlworld email address. Is this Virgin's way of gradually eradicating old email users. I guess it's time to leave. But it's created a load of problems with my work, and now I've lost a couple of jobs, because of my 'lack of response'!! - serves me right for constantly hanging on thinking the problem will get resolved!!. Joke.
